The reason is Uzu Sanageyama and Simon both look alike but with dark green hair they both have mechas like Blade Regalia and Gurren Lagann they both have eye abilities Shingantsu and Spiral Eye they both were Blindfold and Star Glasses they both were Star Logo Jackets and they both do the same Cross Arms, those are my reasons why Uzu Sanageyama is the Simon the Digger of Kill la Kill.
