Jack Naito appears to be an opportunist. Like many other students, he starts a very obscure Club to gain a two star uniform as a means of pursuing the bounty on Ryuko and hopefully gaining a three star uniform as a reward.
History[]
He was easily defeated by Ryūko Matoi after attempting to capture her for the prize of a Three Star Goku Uniform in episode 7.
He makes a brief appearance in episode 22, after being extracted from within a COVERS.
