Masuyo Watari (渡 (わたり) 益 (ます) 代 (よ) , Watari Masuyo) is the president of the Tightrope Walking club.

Appearance

Masuyo is young woman of a stocky and rather obese build, wearing a white Two-Star Goku uniform with a large heart on the stomach and a large ruffle collar, along with a pointed green and yellow striped hat that hides her blonde hair. She also wears clown makeup.

History

After Satsuki Kiryūin set out a reward of a Three-Star Goku Uniform for the defeat of Ryūko Matoi, Masuyo attempted to defeat her but failed, losing her Two-Star Goku Uniform in the process.

She makes a brief appearance in episode 22, after being extracted from within a COVERS.

• The name Masuyo means "benefit, gain, profit, advantage" (益) (masu) and "generation" (代) (yo).
• Masuyo's surname Watari means "transit, ford, ferry, cross, import, deliver, diameter, migrate" (渡).
